Review/testimony for Greg Ivey
The first time I worked with Greg it was based on the recommendation of a friend. I had some house work that needed to be done on a rental property and I was living out of the country and couldn’t be there to handle it. Greg did a beautiful job and got it done quickly. He sent pictures of his handiwork afterwards – something I really appreciated from halfway around the world. A great first experience!
The second time I worked with Greg was to fix some hurricane damage for another property. Greg took a good look at my house and found some serious but unreported damage. As a homeowner living halfway around the world and renting my property, I appreciated a professional looking at my house and fixing not just what I thought needed to be fixed, but who gave me an honest assessment of the condition of the whole house. His prices are competitive, his work thorough and timely. A pleasure to work with, I have made Greg my local contractor and will continue to use him as my go-to guy whenever I need work done to any of my houses. He has my highest recommendation.

I recently contracted Greg Ivey to construct a addition to my existing home. I began work within my home using a so called contractor in which I thought was knowledgeable in the remodeling trade, only to find as work progressed that he was not. I became very unhappy with the work and decided to stop with this person.
I was very frustrated and began to think all was lost in what I spent in money and trusting in a contractor. I was referred to Greg through a friend to come in and give me a assessment on what needed to be done to correct the faults on work by the other person and also to save and complete everything within my budget to be able to finish the work.
Greg was very professional, very quality minded and diligently found cost saving ways for me to complete my home within my budget! His prices for labor were awesome, very reasonable and also went the extra mile to find the best prices on material, material that was very quality for the job at hand! Everything turned out Beautiful and I was so pleased, that I contracted him to build an Addition/Laundry room, onto my home as well.
I definitely would recommend him to anyone and cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality work he does! Thank You so much Greg,
